Each cut of our beef is vacuum sealed and frozen. This ensures that as long as the beef stays frozen, it remains in perfect condition for a year or more. The key is for the beef to STAY FROZEN.

To ensure that shipped beef stays frozen, UPS Overnight Shipping or 2nd Day Air are recommended.  These options are ideal but costly. Currently, our Check-Out Process, when you are placing an order on our website, does not allow you to automatically choose Shipping Options, nor does it calculate Shipping Cost.  If you would like to have your order shipped to you, please call us at (315) 704-6006 so we can assist you in calculating the Shipping Cost.
