Return/Refund Policy

Unless you have made a special arrangement in advance, our Beef is Vacuum Sealed and Frozen upon delivery or receipt.

Pick-Up at the Farm:  For pick-up at our Farm we ensure that beef packaging is intact and beef is fully frozen.  Farm Pick-Up Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm; or by appointment.  From when our product (Beef) is placed in your custody, you have the option of a return or an exchange for 5 days (120 hours).  Acceptable reasons for Farm Pick-Up Return/Exchange are – Product Not Needed (Refund – product must be returned with packaging intact and meat still fully frozen); Customer Changed Mind and Wants to Substitute a Different Package or Cut of Beef of Equal Value (Exchange -product must be returned with packaging intact and meat still fully frozen); Product was Not to Customer’s Liking (Refund – please provide reasons and documentation for why refund is requested).  For Farm Pick-Up, returns and exchanges must be brought directly to the Farm during Pick-Up Hours. 

Remote Pick-Up Locations:  If you prefer to receive your order at a Remote Pick-Up Location, your preferred Remote Pick-Up Location must be specified when your order is placed.  The website provides Dates and Times when Pick-Up is available at Remote Pick-Up Locations.  Customers are responsible for picking up their order/product within the proscribed date/time window at Remote Pick-Up Locations.  When delivering meat to a Remote Pick-Up Location, we are unable to store product past the time window specified for pick-up.  For this reason, the only Return/Refund option for Remote Pick-Up Location is – Product was Not to Customer’s Liking (Refund – please provide reasons and documentation for why refund is requested).

Shipped Product:  Because of Food Safety Regulations, we are unable to accept returns for Shipped Product.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.  For Refunds, customers have 5 days (120 hours) from receipt of your product to request a refund.  Acceptable reasons for refund are – Product was Not to Customer’s Liking (Refund – please provide reasons and documentation for why refund is requested).
