If you would like your order shipped to you, please call our Customer Service Line (510) 318-4475 to discuss Shipping Options. Our orders are shipped UPS. Shipping Options are limited to either NEXT DAY; or 2nd Day Air. Costs will be determined based on our telephone conversation. Orders are packed in insulated shipping containers so your vacuum sealed product will stay frozen. Our Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. This ensures that your order is not shipped “over the weekend”; and that your order arrives intact and frozen. If your order is placed on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday – your order will be shipped the following Monday. If your order is placed on a Monday or Tuesday – your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We provide UPS Tracking Numbers. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be “on location” to receive your order on your scheduled delivery day. If no one is “on location” to receive a shipment on it’s delivery day, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of product delivered.
