The Owners/Farmers are Connie Young and Ken Richards. We are a small operation and find great joy and satisfaction in working closely with the local farm community, neighbors helping neighbors. In addition to the rewards of managing the land, growing the feed and taking care of our animals, we are also lifelong believers in the importance of the healthful and delicious qualities of the food we eat. Our interest in becoming full-time farmers was in part to continue a family legacy, in part to protect and enhance farmland and habitat, and in part to produce Piedmontese Beef – the most succulent beef a steak-lover can consume. With help from our community, we’ve found our niche and work the land with sustainability and conservation at the forefront.
