Each cut of our beef is vacuum sealed and frozen. This ensures the quality of our beef in your freezer for a year or more. Our goal is to deliver your beef to you STILL FROZEN.
If you are in the Boston, New York/Brooklyn or Philadelphia area and place an order of $500 or more, we will be happy to deliver to you. We will arrange delivery date/time/place via telephone.
If you reside in any of these areas and want to make a smaller purchase (less than $500), please complete this contact form so we can let you know when we will be delivering in your area.
For our most favorable pricing, consider purchasing a Quarter or Half Animal. You can split the cost with friends.
